Mission

For our company “territory”, typicality, “culture of well-being” are not just words. My sisters and I are well aware of their value, and that is why every day we work to promote Tuscia with the excellence of our products. In every single process we enhance our territory and our tradition, as our father taught us. We have spent many hours working with him to learn his gestures and his “know-how” and today all this is etched in our memory. In his recipe diary, which we jealously guard, I can capture his precision and his stubbornness. 

I thus understand that he has left our generation a great burden and honor: to become ambassadors of Taste in the world, always under his careful guidance and inspiration.
